SessionMaker(“we” or “us”) values the privacy of our users and others (“you” or “User”) who use the web site at www.sessionmaker.com and its directly associated domains (the “Sites”) and other services and content (e.g. widgets, feeds and applications) owned or operated by us and any client software associated with the foregoing (collectively, the “Services”). In our operation of the Services, we are committed to maintaining the privacy of your personal information. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed with respect to your use of the Services.

Depending on your use of our Services, we may collect two types of information: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.
Personally identifiable information is information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you. Such information may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, and billing and credit card information.

Information We Collect and Uses Thereof

We may use your information to send you a welcoming email that may confirm your user name and password, or other important transactional emails related to your use of the Services. Our Services do not collect personally identifiable information which is included in video or audio uploaded or used by you within the Services unless it is used to tag such content. Thus, you must exhibit prudence if uploading or annotating particularly sensitive information such as financial statements, account numbers, etc. You must also exhibit care when sharing this information with others.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

Cookies and Log Files

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Corporate Affiliate" means any person or entity which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with SessionMaker, whether by ownership or otherwise. Any information relating to you that we provide to our Corporate Affiliates will be treated by those Corporate Affiliates in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Unsubscribe/Opt-Out Policy

By agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy you are granting permission to allow us, our business partners and advertisers to send the selected communications. If you do not wish to receive any or all of such communications, you may opt-out at anytime by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails. We reserve the right to send you communications regarding the Services, or to advise you of changes to the Services or other events or occurrences which may affect your access to or use of the Services (such as service announcements, administrative notices and the like) without offering you the opportunity to opt out of them.

The Services are hosted in the United States and are intended for Users in the United States. If you are using the Services from the European Union, Asia or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use and disclosure that differs from the laws and regulations in the United States, this Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use, then please note that you are transferring your personal information to the United States and by using the Services you consent to that transfer and to the use of such information in accordance with United States law.
